Erin is from Austin, Texas, and now lives in New Orleans. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, painting, cooking and spending time with her family. Erin says, “cooking is a way to pass down traditions and experience new cultures. My weekly goal is to cook at least one new recipe. The rest of the week is filled with recipes passed down to me by my dad, mom and grandmother. Even using cookware that has been passed down in my family for centuries to prepare my meals.” She has served as a volunteer at various animal shelters and is currently volunteering at Take Paws Rescue, based in the Mid-City neighborhood of New Orleans.
